RGPD - Privacy policy
Since May 25, 2018, the day on which companies and other entities that do not comply with these provisions may be fined.
The GDPR, or General Data Protection Regulation, is the new European reference text on the protection of personal data. It strengthens and unifies data protection for individuals within the European Union.
Unlike Directive 95/46/EC, which until then governed such processing operations, the GDPR is directly applicable in the Union and does not require national transpositions. As such, it will promote the harmonization of legal regimes on the protection of personal data in Europe. Even better, the GDPR has a principle of extraterritoriality that allows, in certain circumstances, to extend its scope of application outside European borders.
If you are a structure that processes personal data, there is a good chance that you will be subject to the provisions of the GDPR. In this regard, you are subject to obligations that must be complied with.
As a subcontractor, our satisfaction is to secure and protect the personal data of our customers, we are concerned about the rights of individuals in particular with regard to automated processing, and in a desire for transparency with our customers, we have put in place a policy covering all these processing operations, the purposes pursued by the latter as well as the means of action available to individuals so that they can best exercise their rights.
For any additional information on the protection of personal data, we invite you to consult the website: https://www.cnil.fr/
